Not your typical shopping trip

Passover is coming soon - so it's time to go food shopping. The goal is to buy essentially a week's worth of food products that are all Kosher For Passover - which means they have no flour, corn or a host of other basic ingredients. That means buying everything from special cheese to katchup for one week. And of course, lots of Matzah (the one form of flour + water you can have).

Most stores have a small section designated for Kosher for Passover food. We went for broke and drove up to the Koshermart in Maryland. There, they take a medium size super market and replace 75% of the products with alternate versions for a few weeks.

It's nothing short of a miracle that a religion that requires all of this has lasted for over 3,000 years.
