That's 7½ *dozen* eggs, and countless apples (and mushrooms, of course).
Luckily, I'm not on the cooking and shopping team - so I don't actually have to worry about turning these ingredients into anything. Nope, I'm on the cleaning and Seder content team. And that's the way I like it.
