Tonight was the last date I will ever go on with a 28 year old woman as tomorrow is Shira's birthday. To celebrate this fact, Shira and I went to a "fancy" restaurant - our usual Italian place, Tutto Bene (in Arlington VA). As usual, the food was very tasty - thanks most likely to the generous use of olive oil.
I call this place fancy because the tables had candles on them and we used cloth napkins. Not to mention the bill was over $19.99. Though the mood was broken a bit by all the kids at the table next to us singing along to the Italian opera playing on the sound system.
I'm kind of excited to see what being married to and older and wiser woman will be like. In just a few hours I'll find out.
